Ich musste trotz Termin 30 min warten und meine Pediküre mit Gel hat anschließen über 1,5 Stunden gedauert. Niemand hat sich bei mir für die überlange Dauer entschuldigt und die Mitarbeiterinnen haben so viel miteinander geredet, dass ich mir als Kundin wie ein "Störfaktor" vorgekommen bin. Die Behandlung war okay, ich hatte aber kein gutes Gefühl dabei weil mich vermutlich ein Lehrling betreut hat.

Removal process of shellac was painful and wasn't done properly or completely. Damaged my natural nails. The drill slipped a couple of times, cut my finger and broke one of my nails as well. Shaping the nails wasn't done properly and had to ask for correction. Same with shellac application. Had to ask for another coat because it was streaky and uneven after 2 coats. Cuticles were flooded and the top coat wasn't applied properly either, leaving part of the shellac with just the colour.

acrylnägel zu dick und unangenehm, nach paar tage schon beschädigt. zu schnell und rasch, nicht genau besprochen was und wie meine wünschen waren.
