This salon was recommended to me by a good friend who always has a good haircut so i made an appointment. I unfortunately, got a cut that i was very unhappy with (not by Sarah). The hairstylist did not listen to my request and ruined my very fine hair. I left the salon completely miserable. I complained and Sarah offered to see what she could do to fix it the same day. I'm satisfied with her effort, her understanding and her professionalism. I will definitely go back to Sarah.
