Worst salon experience ever. I wanted a balayage, the friseur started to decolor my hair and left some strands, my hair was pulled and washed with cold water like no other time. I still have some strands of my natural hair left even though I'm blonde. On the receipt you have added all the shampoo/conditioner and hair drying. Luckily the salon manager was there and my color was almost fine in the end. Hair is damaged. Do not recommend
