It was a bizarre experience. Two beauticians were there, one of them seemed to be a student who was speaking English and was sort of supervised by the experienced one. This would have been ok if it had been explained to me before the treatment. The atmosphere was very tense between them. The student was very kind as well but obviously unsure about a lot of things, plus she coughed and sneezed into her gloves and then continued the pedicure without changing gloves / washing hands
