Booked an appointment on a whim after I had a horrible experience elsewhere. Esra and the rest of the team were so sweet and excellent at what they do. She was honest and did her utmost to fix my hair and obviously cared whether I was happy with the result. They certainly know what they're doing and the coffee is great as well :) all around chill atmosphere!
