I don't speak German very well but I explained in German how I want to be done even show a photo of my previous haircut. Is a simple basic haircut with a cutting machine and scissors. The end result was terrible there are a lot of uncut hair left, straw-like hair, visible area of cutting machine. I am not against the lady, but he can't perform a haircut. I will need to pay extra 18 euros to bring the haircut in order.
