Peaceful location and the tea service was a lovely touch. However, hygiene and privacy were lacking—no disposable towels or sheets, and the room was shared with only curtains in between. The therapist wiped their nose and immediately began the massage without washing hands, which was uncomfortable. I had booked M1 but was given M6 instead. The massage itself was okay, but hygiene and professionalism must be improved.
