She was 15 min. late. It started with her rather snippy claim that the polish on my feet wasn’t shellac but gel and that now it would take her much longer. It wasn’t. I told her to just remove it with the cutter and not the liquid remover as it was done previously at ST but she didn’t want to. In the end she just did a pedi without polish even if I asked her before to just remove the polish and put on a new one but her English is very poor.
