They had wrong details of my booking and it seemed that the masseuse was not really a professional in sport massage and seemed to be even annoyed when I asked to focus on specific problem areas and use more pressure. Despite the request the masseuse didn't seem to be able to identify where the problem areas were. In addition, she barely said hi to me when arriving and nothing during or when the massage ended and just left the room. I would have expected more from such a high class spa.
