The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Nevertheless I had an unpleasant experience during my time at the pool area. A male guest attempted to chat me up and repeatedly asked me to join him in the sauna, which made me feel uncomfortable and prevented me from using the facilities as I had intended. Even more concerning, this same individual entered the women’s changing room, claiming he needed to use the hair dryer. This behavior left me feeling disturbed and unsafe.
