I had great experience with Ken. I wanted almond shaped nails, but without acrylic gel so we did the normal one instead and it turned out beautiful.
Ken is precise, listens to customer wish and skilled.For me it was important not to file all the old gel down fully so i can preserve the natural nail and he managed perfectly. Pedicure was also gentle and precise.
I made a mistake not telling the shape i wanted, so i got a straight one, so next time i will just say upfront.

Hatte einen Termin bei Alice, wurde angerufen ob ich früher kann. Ja natürlich, komme ins Studio lieber früher als zu spät ca 15 min. Wurde gesagt bitte kurz warten 10 min, ist auch ok, komme wieder ins Studio bekomme mit eine andere Dame hat auch bei Alice einen Termin, denke mir nix dabei, nehmen sie Platz ohne Erklärung das ich bei Ken bin. Fusspflege in 17 min recht starkes Stück bezahlen tue ich für eine Stunde 40€, schnell schnell geht gar nicht. Sorry war diesesmal sehr enttäuscht
