Average haircut. Was disappointed that Irma is a Top Stylist. She did a fine job but showed no interest and was distracted. I expressed concerns about hair loss and was hoping she could offer advice on a cut. products and styling to help disguise the hair loss but she didn’t seem knowledgeable or interested. I was also surprised she blow dried my hair without any heat protection. I asked her about it and she said it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, not great and not worth the price tag.
