Irma has rare ability to listen to the customer, really listen and fully understand their needs and expectations about their haircut. She ask about the daily routine and what treatment usually you apply to your hair. Thanks to this, and her professional skills, I've received one of the best haircuts ever. Versatile and easy to maintain. I would strongly recommend Irma and Toni and Guy!!!
