probably the worst haircut I have had in a decade. I just wanted my old cut refreshed with slightly more (round) shape. even showed a picture. I got the opposite of what I asked...a mix between a shag + mullet. never had anyone cut my curly hair with such a vertical line (a no w oval face). I asked to thin the bottom, he dismissed it...and now its 60s flip. I can't go to work events with this mess. And the way it is cut, the only way to fix is to go from long to short (which I hate)

I felt English language was an issue, some of my instructions were not followed.
The haircut was just too simple for the standards that Tony and Guy are known for. I was looking for a change of look, bt it feel i only got my hair shortened, nothing creative for which i had opted for the artistic director. I could not find value for my money.
