The people were very nice and friendly. However the cut was really mediocre to say the least. Although I guess Jurgen is an artistic director I would say he didnt really do such a good job. I wanted an angled bob but got no angle. When i asked him to make it more angled he started explaining why that is not good where in fact i think he just dodnt want to spend 10more minutes on me. The fringe seemed fine but when i washed my hair by myself it turned out that one side was so much longer that i had to cut it myself... i guess because he didnt blowdry my hair well enough and straight enough... alltogether really nothing special... i mean at the end of the day i dont go there for coffee but for a good haircut...
