They kept me waiting half an hour because the lady who was supposed to do my nails was still busy with a client. Then she removed the nails I had before and she didn’t do my new nails because she had another client after and she didn’t have time, even though i booked for removal and manicure. If I can wait 30 mins for my appointment, the next client also can. I don’t think is fair that I had to leave without my nails done, when I booked for this just because the lady didn’t have time

Ich finde die Stylistinnen fachlich gut, aber nicht sehr freundlich. Wenn sie das auch noch wären (vielleicht Sprachbarriere), dann wäre die Bewertung 5*.
