Nice atmosphere in the store with an interesting concept behind. Staff was friendly and attentive.
I had a manicure and got rid of my old shellac. Anastasiia was quick but careful and worked extremely precise. Overall an excellent first impression and I will definitely come back.

Ich finde den Salon sehr kühl (Atmosphäre), aber auch Temperatur. Mit den nassen Füssen war mir gestern wirklich kalt.
Das Personal ist sehr zurückhaltend, wirkt manchmal sogar unfreundlich.
Was mich sehr stört: es wird nur oberflächlich kontrolliert, ob die Nägel trocken sind. Bei mir war dies nun die 3. Behandlung, dass danach Lack sofort abgegangen ist. Ich bin also mit der Behandlung absolut unzufrieden.
Kosten € 68 ( ohne Trinkgeld) - da erwarte ich 100 % Zufriedenheit.

Ukiyo is an exceptional nail studio, and my experience there has consistently been outstanding. I am very particular about nail shape. I just love perfection and Darina always meets my expectations with precision and expertise. She is highly professional, extremely talented, and a pleasure to work with.
One minor concern is that the studio can be quite cold during the winter months. Addressing this issue would significantly improve the overall comfort for both clients and the staff.
