They kept me waiting half an hour because the lady who was supposed to do my nails was still busy with a client. Then she removed the nails I had before and she didn’t do my new nails because she had another client after and she didn’t have time, even though i booked for removal and manicure. If I can wait 30 mins for my appointment, the next client also can. I don’t think is fair that I had to leave without my nails done, when I booked for this just because the lady didn’t have time
