I’m a little confused by the treatment. It’s the first time a hair salon charges me extra for more materials because my hair is thick, at every other place it’s been included. Here they announced it at the time of applying toner… The results are not bad but we discussed a lighter color, and having the hair lightly teased for a nicer transition which just never happened. Got some bleach on my pants which was somehow my fault while I was sitting with glasses of? Overall pretty meh for the price.
