It was nice to be able to book online for this bikini wax, but I was a bit appalled by the cleanliness and care... A few things I really think they could improve on is to use baby powder on the area to improve comfort, to use a new stick each time wax is applied (she used the same one from the same wax pot that is used for everyone...), and I was a bit horrified that she didn't wear plastic gloves. Otherwise the experience was fine and the staff was nice. They definitely could use some improvements to make their clients feel more comfortable.
