Lashes perm (wimpernwelle) came out really good. I like the way how she worked. I am giving lower rating because of their general service. I wanted to use my voucher (gutschein) but I couldn't because I used treatwell to book an appointment. This was not stated anywhere (they said they forgot to write it on the voucher, sorry) nevertheless I had to pay although I had a voucher. She should have said that this is our mistake and next time please dont use treatwell!! Not nice management!!!
