I returned after a great first experience with Nastya, but this time was VERYYYY disappointed and frustrated. My nails were done by a junior artist who didn’t follow/consider my feedback, leaving them uneven, bulky and poorly shaped. Despite efforts to fix them, they still looked cheap, which was frustrating given the high price. I appreciate the 20% discount, but it didn’t make up for the letdown, especially before an important trip. I’d ONLY come back for Nastya’s excellent work
