Quite a horrible experience. They made mistake after mistake and never apologized. It really felt like they couldn’t care less. The manicure was pretty bad, they gutted me and did whatever they wanted. The therapist would talk to the hosted and the hostess back to her. Talking about me, and if I didn’t ask they would not translate. They even made a mistake on the hour of my appointment and even tho there were available therapists they asked me to come later. The worst was the attitude.
