This was the worst experience in a hair salon I have ever had. I still cannot believe the salon's rating is 4,9. I would not recommend it at all, the price-quality ratio was very poor.
Colour - the staff did not even allow me to pick the shade. They brought some color, I thought it was a primer or sth. like that, i did not even think it is already the color, because I did not chose any. When I asked what it was, they were not even able to tell me. After 5 minutes I realised that they really picked a shade for me...unbelievable...I was horrified. The shade is too dark and I do not like it at all.
Cut - the whole cutting process lasted approximately 5 minutes. It was not precise at all. The cut is terrible. All I wanted was a straight cut, i did not get it.
Blow dry - My hair was in a shape of a helmet. That is definitely not what I wanted when I asked for a straight hair.
It was all a joke. To pay 120 euro for this kind of treatment is absolutely unacceptable. Never again.

Wurde nett aufgenommen und auf meine Wünsche ist Rücksicht genommen worden. Schnitt ist sehr gut geworden. Jedoch beim Finish zu wenig Spray bzw. Schaum verwendet, daher fiel die Frisur ein.
