The stylist was kind when explaining the limitations of lightening my Type 3, dry, coarse Asian hair, which I appreciated. However, what seemed like a standard consultation disclaimer turned out to be a major understatement. After spending 290€, there was no visible difference in my hair color post-balayage, which was very disappointing, especially considering the price I paid. Other salons have successfully lifted my color before, even working carefully around permanent dye on my gray roots.

It was my first haircut done at a professional, and I loved it . The entire experience was really great and Sofia got my hair the way I really wanted it . Loved the tips and the recommendation she offered to maintain it better . I will keep going for all the changes I’ll want in the future . Love it so much 🥰
