Der Besuch war eine Katastrophe. Alles wurde extrem schnell gemacht – meine Haare wurden sogar im nassen Zustand geglättet. Bei meinem Freund mit lockigem Haar wurde trocken und ohne Vorbereitung geschnitten. Nach 15 Minuten waren wir schon fertig. Sehr unprofessionell, kann ich absolut nicht empfehlen.

I recently visited a salon in Austria for the first time, after checking its ratings. I made an appointment for an eyebrow service, an intensive hair mask treatment, and a haircut. The welcoming was average, and they began with the hair wash. However, when the hairdresser applied the hair mask, she didn’t inform me which one she used. Unfortunately, there was no noticeable improvement in my hair texture; in fact, it felt even drier afterward. The treatment did less than my regular conditioner, and I felt that the 15 euros spent were wasted.
Regarding the haircut, I showed the stylist a picture and provided specific instructions, asking for layers at the back and some fringes in the front. She agreed, but I felt uneasy when I noticed the tools she was using. The comb was flimsy, with broken teeth, and snapped while she combed my hair. The scissors also seemed low-quality, and her technique while cutting my fringes was poor something even a beginner could have done better.Finally they have given the straight cut in the back and couldn’t see any layers and in front i can’t even explain there was no defining at all it was straight 😭 I ended up paying 65 euros for a disappointing experience, and now I have to wait six months for my hair to grow back to fix it.
The only reason I’m giving a one-star rating is for the eyebrow service, which was acceptable after providing multiple instructions. Overall, I do not recommend this salon.
I went to this hairdresser on the morning of July 11th, and to be honest I liked this hairdresser before because the curls I got there were really beautiful. But I went again this Thursday and the result left me speechless... I don't know why the hairdresser's skills have deteriorated so much.
Of course, it was not the same hairdresser who permed my hair.
I showed the hairdresser the hairstyle I wanted first, and then she showed me the curling tools and asked me which one I wanted? Obviously I didn't know because I'm not a hairdresser, that's not my job,
Then, when she was choosing the curling tools to curl my hair, I reiterated that I wanted big curls, and she said yes, that's right... But the final result was completely different from what I wanted. And my hair quality was very bad, it looked like it was blown, and the hairstyle was extremely old-fashioned, and the hairdresser actually said she thought it was beautiful? ? ? I don't understand... Yes, it's hard to get big waves, but at least it's not that bad! I don't care about the hairdresser's aesthetics, I gave her the effect picture I wanted, and if she can't do it, she should just admit that she doesn't have the skills, instead of destroying my hair directly!
I will never come back nor recommend this salon to anyone.
