I visited this studio for the second time for the BB glow. Both times when entering the studio, you just stand there waiting since there is never anyone at the front. My treatment started about 25 minutes after my appointment time. After cleansing my face, the esthetician then went and got the clipboard and very slowly started reading every line of the release form. This was very strange and unnecessary as I could have read it myself much faster while waiting. Other employees came freely in and out of the treatment room, and at one point my esthetician and her colleague stood and argued at eachother in the room during my treatment. Very unprofessional and awkward!! The whole treatment was much shorter than before, and most of the time I felt was used for the lady talk very, very slowly and go in and out of the rooms looking for things, have a smoke, and not the treatment. She was very nice, but I would expect better and more professional service for the cost. It felt very armature and next time I will book somewhere else...

Die Behandlung war sehr angenehm. Bei der Tiefenreinigung hätte ich eine ausgedehntere Ausreinigung erwartet. Es war meine erste Microdermabrasion und das Resultat war sehr weiche und geschmeidige Haut. Bin allgemein sehr zufrieden, aber hätte mir noch eine genauere Ausreinigung gewünscht.

Worst salon ever - I was early - even though no customer - they made me wait and did not even offer me a glas of water or ask me which colour - then they told me they do not have the black colour!! No sorry, no we offer you a different service, colours not sorted .... had to book another salon - and lost 3 hours :-(
