To be honest I thought I will be loyal, I was here once before and Ulli really gave me a great haircut and colour, but this time I had to move my appointment and she wasn't available so I booked with Lara. Bad choice. Even the wash before was not the usual. Very fast, no massage like before, and not really gentle. Lara was quite aggressive. I showed her how long I would like, and then while cutting I just wanted to make some notice and she just told me"I know I know, shorter" which wasn't what I wanted to say but I didn't get a chance to say anything, she just went about it and cut my hair really short. Also it's super choppy at the bottom and not straight. I've had students give me better haircut, also quite cold attitude. I was scared to say anything. The whole operation feels like a factory. No care, and no pride in their work. Maybe I will go back to Ulli, but I wouldn't trust anyone else. Shame

Ich finde die Stimmung im Team sehr gut. Einige MA könnten meiner Meinung nach noch ein bisschen schneller, effizienter arbeiten. Insgesamt fühle ich mich bei Dir, liebe Ulli und Deinem Team sehr wohl.
