I go here always but this time i had an unpleasant experience. I chose natural gel nail and i was not informed that she will use a natural „color“ topping-I had to pay extra 5€. It was not nice that they did apply the color without asking and charged

I always book every service from Treatwell and I saw this salon has 4,6 rate+good reviews. but I was really disappointed about it. It was my first time there and for sure my last! Because of the worker there. She was so unfriendly, unprofessional, First Because I was not sure about the colour, second it was accidentally a Color just on my skin and she tried to use the cuticle nipper to cut off my skin where Color was.i said it’s hurting me. Then she’s annoyed and acted rude! Didn’t say sorry!
