The level of professionalism of the Ritz-Carlton was evident at each step of my treatment. There was a very nice balance between heightened cleanliness standards due to covid19, but still retained a feeling relaxation and comfort. I appreciated that the therapist unwrapped the treatment table covers while I was in the room, so that I could see the additional attention and care to hygiene. The thoughtfulness of my therapist was by far the highlight of the experience! A First Class experiences.

I went for the Signature Experience and loved it! The Organic Sense of the treatments and cosmetics gives this Spa a real local and urban flair. I did not know about Susanne Kaufmanns herbal treatments before and was stunned that it originated in Vorarlberg, right up there in the Alps. As such, you would not think that this hidden gem is available at the Ritz Carlton.

I am an expat living in Vienna, and had a full-body massage at the Ritz Carlton Day Spa last week. I think it was the best massage I have ever had and I felt so relaxed afterwards.
Also, the place was very cosy with relaxing background music and I immediate felt at peace. The service was the best - very friendly and professional. They really know what they do. And the spa manager is a treasure - so polite and professional! I will for sure come back again - hopefully sooner than later.

I was impressed by the cleanliness and hygiene standards, it made me feel safe and comfortable, which I find important in times of COVID-19. Also, the service was friendly and attentive, I could really relax and feel welcome there. The swimming pool area is one of the best in Vienna, in my opinion. De-stress massage was very relaxing, I can only recommend it and surely will be back again! Thank you for a great time!
