Impatient to see Thomas back. And badly surprised by Tony&Guy's sense of business... You book an appointment online with your usual and talented hairdresser, then you're informed that he is not available and scheduled on another slot (until now, everything fine), and after the cut... you are requested to pay 10 euros more, to fit with the substitute hairdresser's status... So congratulation to Tony&Guy for having invented the "double punishment" system, and for ignoring the conditions agreed online when the customer presses "bought"!

Impatient to see Thomas back. And surprised by Tony&Guy's sense of business... You book a Männerhaarschnitte online with your favorite and talented hairdresser, then you are notified that the latter is unavailable and rescheduled on another slot (until now, nothing to question), and at the end... you are requested to pay 10 Euros more, probably to adapt to the substitute hairdresser's status... Basically not the end of the world, but a paradoxical "double punishment" invented by Tony&Guy and little respect of the purchase order originally made online by the customer!
